RULES & REGULATIONS

FAMILIARIZE YOURSELVES WITH OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS AS THEY ARE INTENDED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL GUESTS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR GOAL IS TO EXCEED ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

SPEED LIMIT 10..CHILDREN AT PLAY
Check-in 2 pm, Check-out 11 am.
Stayovers must be requested and paid for by 10 am. (A full daily rate will be charged for late departures).
Extended stays will be granted upon a space available basis only.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Visitors must register at the office.
Only well kept RV's are allowed in the Resort. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting resort standards.
Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
All drivers must have a valid drivers license.
Please display your vehicle site permit when in Resort.
Waste connections must be airtight.
Motorized bikes are for transport in and out of Resort only.
Only registered guests are permitted to use the facilities.
Please be aware that we have Poison Oak near the creek.
The Resort assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss to property.

Management reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the Resort for any behavior that disturbs other guests.

The following are not permitted:

Open fires.
Tents or sleeping on the ground.
Carpets or mats of any kind on lawns.
Clotheslines.
Smoking in any of our facilities.
Washing of RV's.
Oil changes or vehicle repair work.
If you find an oil leak, let the office know and we will provide an absorbent pad.
Storage under RV's or vehicles.
Skateboards or any rolling toy without braking capability.
Fire code prohibits on street parking.
Parking in vacant sites.
Campers removed from trucks.

Rules for Pets When Outside RV:

Attended at all times.
Leashed at all times.
Kept quiet and under control.
Never tied to anything.
No pens, cages, or kennels permitted outside without prior approval.
Clean up accidents immediately.
Please use our Pet areas so we can keep our lawns beautiful for you.

Management reserves the right to require any guest to remove a misbehaving pet or vacate their site if the pet is a nuisance to others.

Fenced pet area allows pet to be off-leash.

POOL RULES :

No one under the age of 16 may use the pool or spa area without an accompanying adult present
Children 14 and under not allowed in spa.
Toys of any kind are not allowed in pool area
There is no Lifeguard on duty at any time
Rules posted in the pool area must be observed at all times
Adult swim times are strictly enforced
